No, and that is deliberate. Renovate Better is independent. We do not carry out works, appoint trades, or earn commission from anyone involved in your project. That independence means our advice serves one interest only, which is yours.
You send us the quotes you have received. We go through them line by line, comparing what each contractor has included, excluded or assumed. We identify gaps, unclear items, and the questions worth raising before you sign, and we set it all out in a clear written report you can act on.
The earlier the better. Most renovation problems begin in planning, not on site, so the greatest value comes before you have committed to a builder or a budget. That said, we can help at any stage, including partway through a live project.
We are London based and work most closely with homeowners across London and the surrounding areas. Because much of the work is done remotely, through document review and calls, we can also support homeowners elsewhere in England.
